While we know you are excited to receive your goodies, please understand each piece we offer is a hand crafted work of art. We custom make each piece when ordered-- from the pouring to the glaze, we simply cannot rush perfection. Because of this, please allow up to 7 days for production, so we may send you the highest quality and best item possible. This time may be longer during peak seasons, such as Christmas, but we'll always let you know in advance, so please watch for any special notes or banners on our website. All items are shipped with insurance, because, let's face it, things happen. If you find yourself with an item that is damaged in transit, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will either offer a refund or replace your items, so no worries! Also, if this is a gift, please let us know! We will gladly add a card with a message for you, at no additional cost. We love the act of giving!

However, if your item is broken in transit, defective, or not as described/expected, please reach out so we can rectify any issues you may have. We are happy to help should an issue arise. We want you to be hap-hap-happy with your purchase, so please let us know if you're not so we can fix it right away.
